How do I get my files?
Everything is an instant digital download. The moment your order is confirmed, you'll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email — no waiting, no shipping.
My download link didn't arrive. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there, email contact@awakergy.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Is this a physical product?
No — StayTrack products are digital spreadsheet templates you download and reuse. Nothing is shipped.
Using your files
Do I need special software?
No. Every template works in free Google Sheets or in Microsoft Excel — whichever you already use. There's nothing to install.
How do I open it in Google Sheets?
Upload the downloaded .xlsx file to Google Drive, right-click it, and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Then go to File → Make a copy to save your own editable version. The included PDF guide walks you through it step by step.
How do I open it in Excel?
Just double-click the downloaded .xlsx file. It works in Excel on both Mac and Windows (Excel 2016 or newer).
Can I edit it?
Yes — every template is fully editable. Add your own data, change the lists in Settings, and the dashboards and calculations update automatically.
Will it work on my phone or tablet?
It opens in the Google Sheets and Excel mobile apps for viewing and quick edits, but these workbooks are designed to be set up on a computer for the best experience.
Licensing & support
Do you offer refunds?
Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. But if anything's wrong — a corrupted file, the wrong item, or trouble opening it — email us within 14 days and we'll fix or replace it.
Do I get updates?
Yes — free lifetime updates. If we improve a template you've bought, you can download the new version at no extra cost.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your purchase is a single-user license for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files — every template stays the intellectual property of LAANTRI MARKETING LLC.
