All StayTrack products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

If something goes wrong — a corrupted file, the wrong item, or trouble opening your download — email us at contact@awakergy.com within 14 days and we'll fix or replace it.

EU customers: because our products are digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase and downloading you agree to instant delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has begun (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
